Google Maps Scraper Pro Features

Explore Google Maps Scraper Pro features: email discovery, duplicate removal, smart filters, CSV and Excel export, license management and download history.

Google Maps Scraper Pro combines Google Maps scraping, email extraction, phone number capture, website discovery, ratings, reviews, categories, addresses, and social profile detection in one Chrome extension.

Multi-source email discovery is the part most tools get wrong. Rather than checking a single page, the extension follows the website attached to each listing and looks where businesses actually publish contact details: the contact page, the about or team page, the footer, and booking or enquiry pages. Addresses are kept only when they came from that business own domain, so a widget on a shared template does not attach the wrong address to the wrong company.

Every row is validated and deduplicated before it reaches the export. Deduplication works on place identity rather than business name, which matters once you start running overlapping searches across a metro: two captures of one location collapse into a single row, while genuine branches of a chain stay separate. Columns are emitted in a fixed order whether or not a field came back populated, so files from different searches stack on top of each other and a CRM mapping set up once keeps working.

Extraction goes beyond basic contact fields. Alongside name, phone, website and address, the export carries the primary category, star rating, total review count, opening hours, the review URL, precise latitude and longitude, booking links where a business has connected one, and social profiles where they are published. Missing-data detection flags listings that have no website, no hours or no category assigned, which is the single most useful filter in the set for anyone selling local marketing services.

Advanced filters run before extraction rather than after it, so credits are spent on businesses that already fit. Filter on missing websites, missing phone numbers, available emails, rating bands, review-count thresholds and business category, then export only what matched. Filtering afterwards in a spreadsheet means paying for rows you are about to delete.

Exports go to CSV or Excel with UTF-8 encoding and RFC 4180 quoting, so accented and non-Latin business names survive intact and a comma inside an address never splits a row. Downloads are generated in the browser rather than passing through a server.

Account features cover the operational side: credit balance and usage history, licence activation across four devices with the ability to move an activation between machines, a seven-day local cache that lets you re-download a recent scrape without spending credits again, in-extension problem reporting that reaches the development team directly, and in-app notifications for releases and changes.
